  Terrible post installation customer service. I've called several times and only got one in home visit to discuss my dissatisfaction. The guy who came used a pocket knife to try to "fix" the poor fitment near my baseboards. Also, they sub-contract their work. One of the two young guys who did the installation told me he had just had his carpentry tools stolen and that he was helping his buddy. He was honest enough to tell me he knew nothing about carpet installation and had only been working with his buddy for a week. His buddy, who is the direct sub-contractor to Armand's, spent most of his time on his cell phone and refereed to me as Mr., nothing else, just "hey Mr." The products used are grade A. The installation is an F. The customer service is an F. I am hiring an reputable local company to come and re-install the poor fitting carpet. You or the company are invited to contact me to discuss this issue further. At this point I do not recommend them for home installation, perhaps a business or apartment, were details are not important.
