  I bought a $50 dress there and was told "final sale" as they were swiping my card at checkout. Thinking nothing of it, I took the dress home to try on and it had a pen mark on the front and rip on the side. I went in and spoke with the owner and told her I would just like to exchange for something else in the store because I understood it was final sale. She then went on to degrade me in front of her employees and customers and basically tell me that I wore the dress and tried to return it. Not professional customer service which is disappointing because I love shopping local and supporting our local community.

  I have known Amanda and her Mother as well as sister for years since the first shop that was on the Ave and Nash Rd. All these women are amazing at what they do, and Make shop a great experience. In regards to one of the comments posted, you should be ashamed of yourself and clearly have no idea the amount of work it takes being self employed. I can't imagine you were treated poorly, it was probably your perception of that. And anyone who knows these women knoed what a 5 star establishment each of their own businesses are.
