Unfortunately, I highly recommend not using this place. The quality is pretty good for the products I've ordered, but the customer service is absolutely horrible. They are unreliable and unresponsive, and they don't value or respect their customers. Over the course of about a year, I've placed orders for t-shirts, pullover hoodies, zip-up hoodies, water bottles, stickers, and I was planning to order a lot more. I've easily spent about $5,000 here. In my most recent experience, I had placed a $900 t-shirt order and was about to place a $1,200 wristband order. I was also trying to place an order for shorts, but the sales person (Gil Lloyd) ignored all inquiries about the shorts, despite responding to everything else in the five emails that included finalizing the t-shirt order and clarifying details of the wristband order. It's summer now and it's hot, and my gym members have been asking for the shorts, which I told them were in the works 6 weeks ago, when I started emailing Gil. So, after emailing both Gil Lloyd and president Mark Dumont, explaining my frustration with my shorts inquiries being ignored, I received a response saying that we are not the right fit and they would be canceling my t-shirt order and not helping my with the orders I've been working on with them for 6 months. Now, with competitions and events coming up and my members upset about not having the apparel promised to them, I'm left with finding another supplier to do the same job in a fraction of the time. I can't believe CIA puts so little value on their clients or their clients' needs.
